Arris Rail
The Traditional Arris Rail Fencing
Constructed entirely from pressure treated timber, this fence has rails horizontally placed, mortised into the timber posts for a strong structure. Timber gravel boards are then placed with timber featheredged boards vertically nailed onto the arris rails one by one, overlapping each other.
The Sustainable Arris Rail Fencing
Constructed from pressure treated timber and concrete, this fence has arris rails horizontally placed into the slotted concrete posts for a strong durable structure. Then concrete gravel boards are then placed at the bottom with featheredged boards vertically nailed onto the arris rails one by one. The construction of this fence means there is low risk of rotting panels as they have been lifted away from the ground. Panel can also be removed and replaced easily.
The Eco Arris Rail Fencing
Constructed from pressure treated timber and concrete, this has arris rails horizontally placed, mortised into the concrete posts spaced out at 2.89metres. Concrete gravel boards are then placed with featheredged boards vertically nailed onto the arris rails one by one. By spacing the posts further apart the cost of materials is greatly reduced along with a significant drop in labour costs on larger jobs.
